As the Chinese New Year approaches, we're thrilled to announce that our appointment slots for this special occasion are now open!

Important Information:

Chinese New Year Surcharge

Please be informed that there will be an additional $20 surcharge per treatment or service during the period from 2nd -27th Jan 2025. This surcharge is in place to accommodate the increased demand and ensure we can continue to provide top-quality services during this festive season.

Exclusions

Please note that during the period from 2nd -27th Jan 2025,  our regular membership, package deals, gift vouchers, and ongoing promotions will not be applicable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Appointment Booking

To secure your appointment slot during this busy season, we require a $20 deposit per services / treatments.

Slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit is received within 2 hours.

 

Please transfer the deposit via PayNow to UEN 201935206G, and remember to include your name and contact number in the reference. Your deposit will be offset against your session cost.

Rescheduling of Appointment

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 5 days' notice. Please be aware that the deposit is non-transferable or refundable for last-minute cancellations (less than 5 days before your appointment) and no-shows.

Arrival Time

We value your time and aim to provide efficient service. Kindly arrive at least 5 minutes in advance of your appointment time. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please call or message us to inquire about our availability to ensure we can provide you with the best possible service. Please understand that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

Operation Hours: 

Monday- Friday 11am to 8pm  (Last appointment 7pm)

Saturday & Sunday 11am to 6:30pm (Last appointment 5:30pm)

We will be closed on Chinese New Year  from 28th Jan to 4th Feb 2025.

​Business will resumes on 5th Feb 2025.
